Senior Recruiter

Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available. Skills and Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other recruiting channels. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person candidate screenings and interviews. Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance. Maintain candidate records, recruiting documentation, and applicant tracking systems. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities. Develop a strong understanding of Basesix operations, project teams, and field positions to effectively identify and evaluate talent. Create and maintain job descriptions and track open positions across the company. Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, community organizations, and external recruiting partners. Manage and promote the Basesix Employee Referral Program. Support onboarding and retention initiatives in partnership with HR and hiring managers. Develop and improve recruiting processes, best practices, and talent acquisition programs. Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, operations, technical, or field-based positions preferred. Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple levels and disciplines. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications. Customer-service focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Flexible, adaptable, and results-oriented. Ability and willingness to travel to office locations, jobsites and recruiting events as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically. Ability to travel to recruiting events, career fairs, Basesix offices, and community organizations as needed.
