CNC Operator (Mill) - 2nd Shift - Weekly Pay, $22-30/hr Marathon is looking for immediate CNC Mill Operators to start ASAP! Earn $22-30 per Hour | CNC Mill Operator - 2nd Shift Due to rapid growth, Marathon is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Operator for 2nd shift. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with weekly pay and day-one benefits. Training will take place on 1st shift, then you'll transition to 2nd shift once training is complete. Why Join Marathon? $20.00-30.00 per hour (based on experience) Weekly pay (Direct Deposit &Pay Card available) Health insurance available immediately upon hire Career advancement & growth opportunities Full-time, stable employment Job Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and related tasks Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Translate instructions into CNC programs and machine commands Load raw materials and parts into machines Perform test runs to ensure parts meet specifications Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments Inspect and measure finished products for accuracy and quality Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance Run full production cycles to fabricate high-volume parts What We're Looking For Previous experience as a CNC Mill Operator Strong machining background Knowledge of CNC programming and simulation software Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Please note - This position is in North Phoenix AZ.
