Warehouse SupervisorProman Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing operation in Warrenville, IL. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong warehouse, logistics, and KPI-driven performance experience.The Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor will oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. This position will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate shipping and logistics activities, and drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise warehouse and logistics personnel, including scheduling, training, and overtime coordinationManage shipping and logistics functions (carrier compliance, service issues, documentation, invoices)Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts, and physical inventoriesTrack and report KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, OTD (On-Time Delivery), and labor efficiencyDevelop and achieve performance targets tied to key operating metricsCoordinate material flow to support production and customer demandEnforce safety standards, 5S, and company policiesIdentify process improvements and support cost-reduction initiativesCommunicate regularly with management regarding performance and operational challengesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
