Physician Office Manager - Specialty Practices

Overview Harrison County Hospital is seeking to hire an Office Manager for the Specialty Practices. Responsibilities The Specialty Practices Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, and administrative oversight of multiple specialty clinics, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Dermatology, and Women's Health. This role ensures efficient daily operations, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance across all service lines. The manager partners with physicians, clinical staff, and executive leadership to drive growth, improve patient experience, and optimize practice performance. The manager ensures staff compliance with organizational policies and procedures, addresses employee relations issues in collaboration with Human Resources, and promotes a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
