What will you be doing?
- Prospect and develop new MDU business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with apartment owners, property management companies, developers, HOAs, and real estate stakeholders.
- Present fiber optic internet, voice, and technology solutions to decisionmakers and key influencers.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive or preferred service agreements with multi-dwelling properties.
- Conduct on-site property assessments to evaluate serviceability and identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to coordinate network expansions and service installations.
What do you bring?
- 3+ years of B2B sales, telecommunications sales, or account management experience.
- Experience selling fiber optic, broadband, internet, telecommunications, or technology services preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience working with property managers, developers, landlords, or real estate professionals is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
