At Implement Now, we deliver branded merchandise that builds brand recognition for the world's most iconic companies—from sports leagues and consumer brands to global corporations. We are expanding our sourcing leadership with a results-driven Global Sourcing Manager who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and brings deep experience in global supply chain management, supplier strategy, and product development.

This full time position is responsible for building and managing strategic vendor relationships across international markets, driving sourcing strategy, and ensuring best-in-class product delivery and compliance. This position reports directly to the VP of Product Development & Brand Strategy.

This position is based on-site in Franklin, TN and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Identify, vet, and onboard overseas vendors aligned with brand objectives and quality expectations
• Negotiate pricing, production schedules, service-level agreements, and terms of trade
• Own supplier performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement across delivery, quality, and cost

Cross-Functional Execution

• Partner with creative, sales, and operations teams to align sourcing strategy with client expectations and project timelines
• Facilitate timely sample approvals, production runs, and final deliveries to meet go-to-market goals
• Communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders and factory partners to resolve challenges

Product & Cost Management

• Build accurate project financials including POs, PIs, cost/margin analysis, and profitability reporting
• Leverage Smart Sheet and other sourcing tools to track timelines, vendor communication, and milestones
• Monitor fulfillment schedules, inventory, and kitting processes with vendors

Compliance & Logistics

• Ensure compliance with international product standards, testing protocols, and import/export regulations
• Manage third-party inspections, factory documentation, and certifications
• Coordinate DDP air/sea shipments, customs codes, and logistics planning in partnership with supply chain teams

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred)
• 7+ years of global sourcing experience in promotional merchandise, consumer goods, or private label
• Proven track record managing vendor relationships in Asia, India, or LATAM
• Proficiency with Smart Sheet, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite a plus
• Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and cost modeling skills
• Deep understanding of compliance, labeling, testing, and global logistics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-growth, high-volume environment
• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
