Account Manager Posted: 05/24/2026 Insurance As an Account Manager and valued member of Oscar Garcia's State Farm Agent Team, you play a crucial role in supporting daily business operations and contributing to our customers' success. You will help grow our agency by building meaningful relationships with customers and acting as a liaison between their needs and our agency departments. Your proactive approach to marketing relevant products and services helps improve the lives of our customers. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention and business growth Conduct thorough policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations to customers Manage and resolve complex customer issues effectively and professionally Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads Working Hours and Benefits Mon‑Fri (32‑40 hours per week), 8:30 am to 6 pm.
