Responsibilities

The following is a list of general responsibilities for this position. It is understood that these general responsibilities are not inclusive of all the duties that this position requires, but instead, are intended as a general scope of work.

·        Facilitate the Irrigation of trees, gardens and lawns 

·        Trim and prune tree branches, bushes and hedges as needed

·        Maintain grounds; clean up leaves and litter, remove dead leaves, branches, plants.

·        Operate and perform maintenance on landscaping and irrigation equipment as required and as directed

·        Maintain and repair irrigation systems

·        Cultivate ground for and around trees and flower beds

·        Replace plants as required

·        Provide maintenance of swimming pool, spa, and related equipment.

·        Maintain and clean decks, patios, and outdoor furniture

·        Other duties as assigned by the company

Qualifications

·        Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

·        Must be able to work independently

·        Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines

·        Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Outlook preferred

·        Team player, self-starter, results-oriented

·        2 -4 years’ experience in landscape maintenance required

·        Irrigation system programming knowledge required

·        Knowledge of Swimming pool operation and chemical balance such as cleaning, vacuuming, and proper water balance
