Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $40,000$60,000 per year (base + bonus/commission)

Were seeking a Customer Service Representative who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable speaking up when a customer could benefit from better coverage or additional protection. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and building real relationshipsnot just processing transactions.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training and support throughout the licensing process.

What Youll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing policy guidance
• Review customer profiles to understand needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Assist with policy changes, updates, and service requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with a supportive, team-first agency

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Training, Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $40,000$50,000 (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses & commissions , with total earning potential of $50,000$60,000
