This role is ideal for someone who flourishes in a dynamic culinary environment and has a knack for combining ingredients to create pizza masterpieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef in maintaining high-quality culinary standards
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings following our proprietary recipes
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor stock levels, assist in placing orders, and maintain vendor relationships
- Adhere to health and safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Work actively with the kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications:
- 1 year of pizza making or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Proven culinary skills with a focus on pizza creation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A passion for pizza and a commitment to the best culinary practices
