Job Title: Associate Therapist – Registered AMFT, ASW, or APCC in CA Type: 31 hours per week, At‑Will (Hourly), 4 days onsite Grow Through Life Counseling is a clinician‑led group practice dedicated to supporting emotional wellness for children, teens, adults, couples, and families in San Diego and Riverside counties and, now, virtually across California. Operational support in office and clinical consultation support are provided. Responsibilities Provide assessment, treatment planning, and care for own caseload across the lifespan Review and sign treatment notes Working collaboratively with Clinical Supervisor & Regional Practice Director Collaborate with other departments within the practice to maintain and provide a great client care experience Follow established clinical protocols and procedures at all times Represent the practice in a positive and professional manner at all times Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must hold a valid registration with the CA BBS as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC in California Invested interest in providing direct care Complete concurrent documentation Ability to work prime time hours for clients, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours as needed Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new programs, systems, and/or processes General knowledge of office skills, use of office equipment (copier, laser printers, fax machine, telephones, computers) Use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines Possess effective written and oral communication and social skills Excellent written and verbal skills, with proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar Bilingual fluency is a plus Possess a high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability Professional image and demeanor Exceptional time management and organizational skills with capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multi‑task, and manage timely documentation Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance Strong ability to communicate effectively and work well with others in a collaborative, respectful manner Compensation The base hourly rate range for this part‑to‑full‑time position is $34–$44. The hourly rate and related compensation are contingent upon experience, education, and job‑related skills.
