As we expand our footprint in Northern California, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business and build lasting client relationships in this high-growth market.

Our ideal candidate fits this profile…

• You have a proven track record of strategic sales experience, successfully networking and managing a referral-based channel sales role.
• With demonstrated business maturity, you effectively communicate and relate to business owners.
• You possess a strong business network in which you have had success selling a value-added service to senior level executives in the Northeast.
• You're an excellent communicator both written and verbal, who can build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Your goal oriented and have a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.

Outside Sales Solicit PEO business from prospects, establishing relationships with channel partners and retaining customers. A minimum of 75% of these activities are to be conducted outside the office. This position is eligible for participation in our Outside Sales Commission Plan.

Strategic Sales Approach, Strong Relationship Building, Ability to learn and understand new offerings, specifically Health Benefit Plans, Collaborate well with others at ExtensisHR such as Solutions Consultant, Proposal Manager, HR Manager and other subject matter experts
