Licensure/Certifications: CA Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible OB-GYN

Experience: Prior hospitalist or obstetrics experience preferred

Compensation: $296,400 (0.71 FTE) or $328,320 (0.780 FTE) + bonus incentives

Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (for additional clinical hours)

Additional Pay: Extra clinical hours at $190/hour

Provide 24/7 in-house obstetrics hospitalist coverage within a high-acuity environment

Manage OB triage and respond to patient transports

Assist with cesarean sections and postpartum inpatient rounding

Conduct gynecologic emergency evaluations

Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists in shared rounding

Coordinate care supported by Level III NICU, 24-hour anesthesia, neonatology, pediatric hospitalist coverage

Work alongside a dedicated GYN surgical team for surgical management

Deliver comprehensive high-volume obstetric care to diverse patient populations

Current California medical license

Board Certified or Eligible in OB-GYN

Minimum 2+ years of obstetrics/hospitalist experience
