As an Assistant House Manager, you'll use your experience in direct care to support, guide, and empower your team to deliver the highest quality care and service possible.This role combines leadership and hands-on support — giving you the chance to develop your supervisory skills while continuing to make a direct impact on the lives of the individuals you serve.What You'll DoAs an Assistant House Manager, you'll work closely with the House Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and successful daily operation of the residential program.
