About the Position

Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: Registered Nurse license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - Critical thinking skills - Decisive judgment - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Capacity to work in a stressful environment Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
