Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory testingincluding but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols with accuracy and efficiency.

Evaluate and interpret results meticulously, addressing any discrepancies, and undertake preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.

Support specimen collection efforts and the preparation of samples as necessary to ensure seamless operations.

Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor and train new colleagues or interns, and actively contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.

Uphold a clean, secure work environment while rigorously adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) by the end of the first year of employment.

Maintain current certifications throughout your tenure.
