Esta posición es esencial para el éxito de nuestras tiendas minoristas. Los Asociados de Tienda trabajan estrechamente con clientes mayoristas y minoristas para determinar sus necesidades, responder a sus preguntas sobre los productos de Sherwin-Williams y recomendar las soluciones adecuadas. También se espera que los Asociados de Tienda resuelvan rápidamente cualquier preocupación del cliente y aseguren la máxima satisfacción del cliente, además de mantenerse actualizados sobre las características de los productos y mantener los altos estándares de calidad y visuales de los productos y la tienda. Los Asociados de Tienda tienen la tarea de lograr un excelente servicio al cliente, mientras cumplen consistentemente con los objetivos de ventas de la tienda.
