Talent Acquisition Technology Recruiting 3 Days Onsite We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to identify, engage, and attract top technology talent across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, and AI. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market intelligence that drives hiring success. Responsibilities Source, screen, and assess technical talent for current and future hiring needs. Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM tools, job boards, and other sourcing channels. Partner with recruiters on sourcing strategies and talent market insights. Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication. Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and technology talent markets. Qualifications 5+ years of technical recruiting and/or sourcing experience REQUIRED. Strong experience sourcing technology professionals across multiple skill sets. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools.
