Description The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruiting Operations. Based in our Tampa headquarters, this position is fully in-office Monday through Friday. The role focuses on building local talent pipelines, coordinating onboarding, tracking recruiting metrics, and supporting employer branding through social media and CRM campaigns. Responsibilities Develop relationships with trade schools, technical colleges, workforce development agencies, military transition programs, and employment offices. Represent the company at in-person and virtual job fairs and recruiting events. Build local talent pipelines for current and future markets. Source entry-level and experienced candidates using multiple recruiting channels. Assist new hires through the onboarding process and coordinate required documentation. Generate Jobvite reports and track recruiting KPIs, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics. Create recruiting dashboards and provide analytics to Talent Acquisition leadership. Develop and execute recruiting campaigns through social media and the company's CRM. Serve as a professional ambassador for Triage Partners in the community. Qualifications Associate's or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel. Experience with ATS/CRM platforms is a plus. Skills and Abilities Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics. Social media savvy and comfortable creating digital recruiting campaigns. Professional, self-motivated, and eager to grow with a fast-growing company.
