Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC)

The Department of Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP), seek an experienced neurosurgeon to join our Neurosurgery team, soon to be a Department. The successful applicant for this position will be board-eligible or certified with a demonstrated excellence in a broad range of neurosurgery, including complex spine surgery, epilepsy surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, complex pain management, spine trauma and/or minimally invasive spinal surgery. Exceptional teamwork, program development, teaching and mentorship abilities are essential.


Responsibilities include direct patient care, teaching of surgery residents and medical students, and clinical or outcomes research as appropriate.


Appointment as Assistant or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training and achievements in addition to teaching activities.
