Under our new Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) offering, you are in control of your caseload, while we provide you the skills and tools to be successful. Pay: $60 to $65 per hour. What you get: Flexible schedules – work when it fits your lifestyle (evenings and weekends available) Autonomy & control – over your caseload (10–40 visits per week) & 1:1 or 2:1 care (up to you!)
