Construction Project Manager
Cleveland, OH
$90k base (negotiable) + benefits, insurance, performance bonus, etc.
NCW is looking for a Construction Project Manager for a General Contractor in Cleveland, OH. This position is in charge of overseeing and planning new multi-family development projects in the area.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years construction experience.
Minimum 3 years in an Assistant or Project Manager role.
Multifamily experience preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented, organized, strong task management skills, proficient in construction software used for planning, scheduling, reports, etc.
Ability to submit and pass a background check and drug test.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
