Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
