Position: Security Officer Car Rental Patrol Location: Ontario, CA (US-CA-Ontario) Employment Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Schedule: Mon 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Tue 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Sat 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM, Sun 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document observations, and communicate with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention. Monitor access points, assist with visitor and employee entry procedures, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues according to site protocols. Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required reports related to patrols, incidents, and policy concerns. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles). Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Undergo a background investigation and drug screen as required by law. Qualifications and criminal history will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements, if any, will be subject to state and/or local regulations. A valid driver's license is required only for driving positions.
