Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical assessments to assess movement limitations and pain levels.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, tailoring interventions to meet each patient's specific needs.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and the importance of adherence to prescribed exercises and therapies.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to ensure optimal recovery results.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress, contributing insights to enhance collaborative treatment approaches.
• Provide support and guidance to patients in a variety of recovery modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.

In this role, you will serve a broad and diverse patient demographic, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; advanced degrees are highly encouraged.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
