Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and various health conditions in a personalized treatment setting.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic approaches, such as exercise regimens, hands-on manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Engage patients in therapeutic exercises, educating them about techniques and self-care strategies to enhance their recovery process.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on real-time feedback and clinical observations.
• Evaluate the need for assistive devices and provide recommendations for aids that enhance patients' daily living and mobility.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on physical therapy procedures and best practices to ensure they are empowered in their recovery journey.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in physical therapy by participating in professional development activities such as workshops and networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic is diverse, encompassing children, adults, and seniors who are recovering from a broad range of diagnoses and physical challenges, including post-operative care, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. As a physical therapist at Dynamic Muscle, you will play a vital role in helping these individuals regain independence and enhance their functional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Technical proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to meet the varied needs of patients and the dynamic nature of rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not required, any internship or practical experience in a rehabilitation setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
