Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license required
- Experience in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings highly valued
- Strong ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students with varying learning needs across grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to coordinate services and accommodations
- Employ innovative and evidence-based teaching methods
- Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in team meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture
