Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current and active Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to tailor instruction and interventions to meet diverse student needs
- Proficiency with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Familiarity with various teaching modalities and adaptive technologies is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs
- Adapt curriculum materials and instructional techniques to support student progress
- Collaborate with general educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward IEP goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in professional development and school meetings as requested
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
