The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and optimize business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sourcesDevelop and implement machine learning models to solve business problemsGenerate insights and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable mannerBuild dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)Collaborate with business units (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) to identify opportunities for data-driven improvementsConduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business initiativesAutomate data processes and improve data pipelines for efficiencyEnsure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintainedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, or predictive modelingStrong proficiency in Python, R, or SQLExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniquesFamiliarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plusStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
