Our agency opened in 2021 and is a growing team of four focused on building a positive, high-performing environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the oil and gas industry, bringing a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset into the agency. I attended Oklahoma State University, where I ran cross country and track. I’m a proud parent of two daughters, and we stay very active as a family. I’m also highly involved in the community, serving with the Brookside Business Association, a local Neighborhood Association, and the Tulsa Triathletes board. I also enjoy giving back by coaching middle school cross country and track. For our team, we offer PTO, holiday pay, a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is fun, light, and positive. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chuck Sloan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
