Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand the mental and emotional needs of clients, and establish collaborative treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy with a focus on systemic and relational dynamics, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing significant emotional distress or mental health crises.
\n
• Document clinical interactions and maintain updated records per regulatory and organizational standards.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for client needs.

• Engage in regular supervision, team consultations, and professional development activities to stay abreast of industry best practices and enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve diverse populations dealing with various challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. You will encounter clients from different cultural backgrounds, allowing you to apply culturally relevant methodologies tailored to individual needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LCPC license in the state of Nevada, or eligibility to secure licensure.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees in relevant areas will be considered a plus.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
