What You'll Do Troubleshoot software issues in a Windows environment. Troubleshoot hardware issues in related PCs, laptops, and peripherals. Knowledge and support for corporate infrastructure elements such as Active Directory, virtual servers, IIS, Office 365, Exchange, AX server, SharePoint, VMWare, Email Archivers, VOIP system, and backup and disaster recovery. Assists IT Managed Service Provider to set up, configure, and support internal and/or external networks and servers including hardware. Perform storage administration (Server, SAN and NAS). Maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations Assist with upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Troubleshoot network performance issues and helps maintain IT capabilities to execute disaster recovery situation. Install and test necessary software and hardware. Provide 24 x 7 contact support for all AR entities. Assist in the purchasing of all IT equipment as required. What You Bring 3-5 years or more experiences preferred Help Desk or Desk top support experience required Strong customer service abilities Provide administrative support as requested by Business Segment Controller. Maintain open communication with all levels in the organization.
