At Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG), our Manager in Training (MIT) Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in senior living. This is more than a job - it’s a structured leadership pathway designed to prepare you to help manage and operate a senior living community. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced leaders, and exposure to the operational, financial, sales, people, and resident-facing sides of the business. The goal is to build the skills and experience needed to grow into roles such as Executive Director, Business Office Manager, Operations Leader, or other community leadership opportunities. About the Opportunity As a Manager in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced community leaders while gaining firsthand exposure to what it takes to operate a successful senior living community. You’ll learn how teams, residents, finances, sales, compliance, staffing, and daily operations all work together. This isn’t a program where you’ll spend your time observing from the sidelines. You’ll participate in real community operations, take ownership of projects, interact with residents and families, support department leaders, and develop the judgment and business understanding required to take on increasing leadership responsibility.
