Director - Platform Growth Group

Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA (Full-time, In-Office) Experience: 5–7 years of US revenue growth experience Type: Full-time About Us GPSwaste (gpswaste.com) is a technology-enabled logistics platform providing commercial, recycling, and specialized waste solutions across the 50 United States and 13 Canadian provinces and territories The Opportunity To lead this transformation, we are seeking an entrepreneurial executive to create, build, scale, and lead the Platform Growth Group As the Director of Platform Growth, this individual will be responsible for transitioning the company from an operationally focused organization into a hyper-growth engine Operating within our unstructured and evolving culture, this person must be comfortable establishing their own framework and guardrails Over the past 48 months, our focus has been on creating an exceptionally efficient, scalable execution platform. Now that our operational and financial foundation is solid, we are ready to accelerate toward hyper-growth This role requires an individual to successfully lead the strategic revenue analysis, data analytics, growth pipeline, and branding to add customer locations that meet our defined criteria Key Responsibilities Strategic Revenue Analysis – analyze and optimize the existing customer base, the specific geographical opportunities, the service/equipment configuration offering, and the waste hauler/recycling solutions/specialized service provider capabilities Data Analytics Management – leverage internal customer and geographical industry data to create optimal customer profiles and decision maker positions Sales Pipeline Management – using a CRM technology application, manage lead generation, proposals, contract negotiation, conversion rates, while supporting a predictable revenue growth projection Marketing & Branding Management – define and execute on a market narrative to correctly position the company in the marketplace. Deploy high-performing digital, account-based (ABM), and inbound marketing campaigns.
