2027 Future Talent Program -Retinal and Vascular Biology - Co-Op

Responsibilities
- Perform in vitro assays to evaluate endothelial barrier function and vascular integrity
- Culture and maintain retinal and vascular cell models for barrier function assays
- Evaluate test compounds and characterize their effects on endothelial cell biology
- Analyze experimental data and present findings to project teams
- Contribute to optimization of vascular integrity assay protocols and maintain detailed laboratory records
Requirements
- Currently enrolled Master's or Ph.D. student in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Pharmacology
- Prior laboratory experience in cell culture and molecular or cellular biology techniques
- Ability to analyze data and communicate scientific findings effectively
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- High motivation, curiosity, and passion for scientific research
- Familiarity with retinal or vascular biology research preferred
Compensation: $39,108 through $111,111
