About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of all financial functions, ensuring the organization's fiscal integrity, long-term financial sustainability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and executing financial strategies that align with the organization's mission and long-term objectives, providing financial forecasting and analysis to support decision-making, and leading the annual budgeting and financial planning processes. The CFO will also oversee all accounting operations, treasury functions, and financial management of real estate assets, including construction project funding. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership, and will be expected to promote a culture of ethical financial stewardship, accountability, and transparency. Qualifications for the CFO position at the company include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and CPA license preferred. A minimum of 10 years' financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a nonprofit or similarly complex multi-entity organization, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multimillion-dollar budgets, diverse revenue streams, and complex funding structures, as well as experience in grant accounting and compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential, as is the ability to lead organizational change and process improvement initiatives.
