HVAC Service Coordinator

Managing office support for the HVAC service department, the full-time hourly HVAC Service Coordinator will handle call intake, customer service, and administrative tasks in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate on-demand billable calls and schedule preventative maintenance visits for customers Manage customer service issues and ensure effective communication with service crews and clients Handle inbound calls for sales, confirm service visits, and follow up on proposed work Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred 3+ years of experience in a customer service role; HVAC experience preferred but not required Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
