Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, TX Facility: Seton Medical Center Austin Department: Pharmacy Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Ensurepatient safety by reviewing and optimizing complex medication orders for appropriate selection and dosing in specialized areas (e.g., oncology, cardiology). Reviewand prevent drug-related problems to resolve potential and actual medication issues, safeguarding patient care. Serveas a clinical expert, providing essential drug information and consultative guidance to physicians and clinical teams. Overseeall technical pharmacy personnel, ensuring the accurate compounding and dispensing of medications for optimal patient delivery. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required. Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
