How you’ll make an impact in this role Ensure patient safety by reviewing and optimizing medication orders for appropriate selection and accurate delivery in specialized areas (e.g., oncology, cardiology). Identify and resolve potential drug-related problems, recommending formulary alternatives to optimize patient therapy. Serve as a clinical expert, providing essential drug information and consultative guidance to medical staff and patients to facilitate high-quality care. Lead and oversee technical personnel, ensuring the accurate preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required. Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
