Your day-to-day will include diagnosing problems, documenting solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll play a crucial role in minimizing disruptions to clients’ IT infrastructure while identifying opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of actions and solutions. Identify recurring problems and recommend permanent fixes. Deliver clear, non-technical explanations to clients. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking.
