Joining us as a Lead IT Business Analyst , you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled engineering teams working within large-scale transformation projects/products forthe growing EU and Public Sector business units of Netcompany. Our focus is on leveraging technology to create efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric solutions that align with our sustainability goals and contribute to a better society. As a Lead IT Business Analyst you will: Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, guiding their professional development Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and automation Perform gap analysis, provide solutions, and lead backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment between user requirements and system capabilities Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams, communicating issues and coordinating software customizations Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Unit & Integration Tests on software customizations and custom development Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
