Mobile Service Coordinator
The Mobile Service Coordinator serves as a front-line representative for all of our mobile service experiences. Within this role the coordinator will schedule our mobile service van for appointments. Answers in coming calls and text messages. Ensures a customer-friendly environment and an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Functions:
- Answers phone and text to schedule mobile van appointments
- Able to use google accounts
- Outgoing personality
- Coordinator with the mobile service technicians
- Answers basic customer inquiries
- Serves as clerical and administrative back-up
- Travel in the field to promote and find new clients or accounts
- Being able to file and keep track of information
Requirements:
- Current valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Dearborn, MI 48124: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
