Position: Office Admin

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $24/hour

Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or higher is a plus.

Type: Full-time; Contract


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Job Description:

1. Answer and direct phone calls professionally
2. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
4. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
5. Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries
6. Perform data entry, filing, and document management
7. Support bookkeeping and billing processes (if applicable)
8. Maintain office cleanliness and organization
9. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

Position Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
