Position: Clerical Assistant

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $17 to $18/hour

Experience: Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Clerical Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Perform clerical work involving complex assignments with multiple steps and processes.
2. Apply judgment to determine appropriate handling and disposition of tasks.
3. Prioritize and complete assignments independently while following established policies and procedures.
4. Supervise and assist in moderately complex clerical duties.
5. Provide general clerical support to staff and management.
6. Maintain organization, accuracy, and confidentiality in all tasks.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google tools, Zoom, Adobe/eSign, and data reporting systems.
2. Strong written and oral communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
3. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
4. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Adaptable and able to seek guidance when necessary.
