Junior Email Marketing Specialist

Seeking a part-time contract Junior Email Marketing Specialist, the successful candidate will manage campaign execution, flow work, and email design using Klaviyo while working remotely and collaborating closely with the Retention Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities Execute campaigns by briefing, building, QAing, scheduling, and conducting post-send reviews in Klaviyo Build and maintain automated email flows while analyzing data to propose optimizations Design mobile-first emails in Figma, conducting A/B tests and documenting results to improve performance Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience with direct Klaviyo involvement Proven experience working with high-growth eCommerce brands Competence in email design using Figma, capable of producing on-brand emails independently Understanding of email deliverability, including list hygiene and authentication methods (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Familiarity with A/B testing and analyzing email metrics in a privacy-focused environment
