A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacist in Canal Winchester, OH 43110. The Fulfillment Pharmacist would be working for a Major Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential.
Pay Rate: $65 hourly
Rotating Schedule:
- Week 1 = Monday through Friday 5:45pm to 1:45am
- Week 2 = Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:45pm to 1:45am
- Week 3 = Sunday through Thursday, 5:45pm to 1:45am
Responsibilities
- Verify prescriptions and perform data review to ensure medication accuracy and appropriateness.
- Review, interpret, and accurately dispense prescribed medications within pharmacy workflow.
- Support pharmacy operations by optimizing workflow, inventory management, and quality processes.
- Maintain knowledge of pharmacy technology systems, prescription fulfillment, clinical documentation, training, and inventory management.
- Provide guidance, policy interpretation, coaching, and feedback to pharmacy staff regarding quality and compliance standards.
- Serve as a key resource for prescription fulfillment questions and operational issues within the fulfillment center.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and federal, state, and local pharmacy laws.
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and patient-focused pharmacy environment.
Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited educational institution.
- Current Pharmacist license in applicable state(s).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
