Sales Recruiter | High-Growth Technology Company

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to join a rapidly scaling organization and play a critical role in building out high-performing Go-To-Market teams. This is a high-volume, high-velocity recruiting environment where you’ll have the opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders, identify exceptional talent, and make a direct impact on the growth of the business.

6 month contract with potential for extension + conversion to FTE

Hybrid in any hub: Atlanta, San Francsico, Chicago, or NYC

MUST have experience recruiting for Sales positions!

What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and initial outreach through interview, offer, and acceptance, or operate within a split recruiting model supporting our growing GTM organization
• Recruit at scale in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment
• Identify and engage passive talent, including high-caliber candidates from direct competitors
• Leverage creative and advanced sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and deliver against ambitious hiring goals
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor, using your market knowledge to influence hiring decisions
• Clearly communicate the company's Agentic Enterprise vision and value proposition to prospective candidates
• Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving processes with confidence
• Deliver against tight timelines while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and recruiting execution

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in an agency and/or in-house environment
• Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced Sales or GTM organization
• Strong direct sourcing expertise, with demonstrated success identifying and hiring passive candidates
• Experience recruiting within technology and/or SaaS markets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the confidence to cold-call candidates and influence senior hiring managers and executives
• Someone who is highly agile, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity
• A strong executor who can manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work from the local office at least 3 days per week
• Experience with Workday, Slack, and GoodTime; Google Workspace experience preferred

Experience recruiting Sales teams within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company is highly preferred — but we're equally interested in recruiters who have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly, operate with autonomy, and succeed in high-growth environments.
