Job Details Senior Operations Specialist This is a leading manufacturing company that prides itself on creating high-quality electrical products for the North American market. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our operations. Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year Responsibilities Implement and maintain Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and quality. Facilitate Kaizen events to promote continuous improvement and eliminate waste in our processes. Develop and implement safety strategies in collaboration with the EHS and Quality teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Utilize KPIs and OEE to measure and analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct cycle time analysis to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime. Mentor and coach plant employees on CI tools and methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt Preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong knowledge of KPIs, OEE, and cycle time analysis. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Strong commitment to safety and quality.
