Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina for 13 weeks. Provides comprehensive telemetry nursing care with competitive pay and full benefits. Opportunity to work multiple shifts and contribute to critical care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care, continuously monitoring vital signs and implementing appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plans based on clinical assessments.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, medication administration, and treatment procedures.

• Execute emergency response protocols efficiently during patient crises or rapid deterioration.

• Assist in patient education regarding treatment plans, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in North Carolina

• BLS certification

• Minimum 1 year of telemetry or critical care nursing experience

• Ability to work multiple shifts

• Excellent communication skills

• Physical stamina for long shifts

Preferred Skills:

• ACLS certification
