A premier Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead facility operations and drive clinical, operational, and financial excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in long-term care management, and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams
- Drive census growth, employee retention, and operational performance
- Monitor facility budgets, financial performance, and operational goals
- Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
- Maintain survey readiness and ensure regulatory compliance
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and community partners
- Oversee staffing, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and facility initiatives
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Previous experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility required
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and healthcare operations
- Proven leadership, management, and team-building skills
- Strong financial and operational management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success with survey outcomes, census development, and staff retention preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
